Just like his seven-time Mr. Olympia-winning father Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joseph Baena is also a regular at Gold’s Gym. However, recently, the bodybuilder went to the Mecca of Bodybuilding with an entourage of bodybuilders. In his latest video, Baena and the other lifters showed that the golden era brotherhood among the Gold’s Gym bodybuilders was still alive.

The 26-year-old featured in the video with two competitive bodybuilders and at least two other people, including the person behind the camera. The bodybuilding legend’s son showed snippets of the workout and a glimpse of their posing session. The online fitness and bodybuilding community gave their unique opinion on the boys in the comments section. Joseph Baena definitely did get some special treatment.

Is Joseph Baena what natural Arnold Schwarzenegger would’ve been?

The workout session started with Baena dry-scooping some pre-workouts. The reel then transitioned into a montage of the workout highlights featuring competitive natural bodybuilders Sean Taaffe and gym buddy Joshua Manoi. “The boys are back in town,” wrote the 26-year-old, while the Thin Lizzy track of the same name played as the reel’s background music.

While they had a full workout session, only a few moments, like the tandem bicep curls between Taaffe and Manoi, made it into the reel. Joseph Baena hitting a front double biceps with a vacuum just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Taaffe hitting Arnie’s iconic back double biceps pose also featured in the video.

After watching the three bodybuilders side-by-side, the fans made it clear who they preferred.

The fitness community believes Baena is still natty

Most fans showed their preference for Joseph Baena. While the other two competitive bodybuilders also claim to be natural, many on the internet disputed their claim. However, no one questioned Joseph Baena’s natty status. “Don’t compare these guys with Joseph, they are not NATTY!!,” wrote one guy. “You still look natural. The other guys are not looking normal anymore,” wrote another.

Another fan advised Baena to not try and match Arnold Schwarzenegger. “The people want Arnie 2.0 but your health is more important my guy,” said the fan who knew Baena would have to give up his natural status if he tried to become like Arnold Schwarzenegger. “Bro looks natty and aesthetic,” commented one fan. “I know your secret… you’re natty,” complimented another.

While the internet might debate the natural status of Joshua Manoi and Sean ‘Izzy’ Taaffe, they have no doubts about Joseph Baena. While he may be part of the new age bodybuilders, not having to compete on stage has helped the 26-year-old stay away from ste***ds.
