Fitness freak Mark Wahlberg is famous for his 4:00 am workout videos. However, the bodybuilding enthusiast this time did something different from his regular workout posts. The 52-year-old uploaded an inspiring video montage of his workout highlights. Instead of talking to his audience, Wahlberg dialed up the intensity in the video and let the grind do the talking.
