Are you thinking about using ster**ds to bulk up and get stronger? Before you make that decision, it’s crucial to understand the potential risks involved. Dr Mike Israetel, an expert in exercise science, has some important insights that might make you think twice.

In a recent interview snippet shared by EliteFTS, Dr. Israetel explained why using ster**ds can be harmful, especially when it comes to the risk of injury. He highlighted a key point: When you train naturally, your body builds not only muscle strength but also the strength and integrity of your connective tissues, like tendons.

However, the story changes when ster**ds enter the picture. Dr. Israetel pointed out that certain types of ster**ds, like trenbolone, can indeed make your muscles bigger and stronger. But here’s the catch: They can also make “your muscles big and strong and your tendons really weak and frail, and it multiplies your probability of injury.”

He explained that while you lift heavier weights, feeling invincible with your newfound muscle mass, underneath it all, your tendons are struggling to keep up. They’re not getting the same strengthening benefits as your muscles, leaving them vulnerable to tears and strains.

This imbalance between muscle strength and tendon integrity is where the real danger lies. Dr. Israetel compared it to building a house on a shaky foundation. Sure, it might look impressive at first, but eventually, cracks start to appear, and the whole structure becomes unstable.

Dr. Israetel urges people that taking ster**ds might seem like a shortcut to a stronger physique, but it comes with serious risks. Supporting his statement, a veteran bodybuilder also highlighted the risk of using performance-enhancing supplements.

Tren can cause severe health issues

The bodybuilder and entrepreneur shared a crucial message on his Instagram story about the dangers of using Trenbolone (Tren). When asked about trying Tren E with 200mg, he expressed his strong dislike for the drug, emphasizing that it’s not a magical solution for building muscle. He stressed, “Tren is not the fuc**g holy grail,” urging people to explore safer alternatives.

He warned that Tren can wreak havoc on your health, affecting neurotransmitters, gallbladder, stomach acid, and more. His message is clear: Tren might promise gains, but the risks it poses to your health far outweigh any potential benefits. It’s essential to prioritize your well-being over shortcuts in muscle building.

The decision to use ster**ds should not be taken lightly. While they may offer temporary gains in muscle mass, the long-term consequences, such as an increased risk of injury and health issues, far outweigh the benefits. Remember, true strength comes from building a solid foundation, both inside and out.
