Israetel pointed out how a lot of the Pros tend to like workouts of low frequencies. He then added, “You’ll probably notice have trended a bit more towards the lower frequencies Bro split or twice a week. Pros really do like the Jeff Nippard Five times a week, whole body thing. Get way less system fatigue.”
