The three-time Mr. Olympia winner revealed in the exclusive interview that, unlike many other bodybuilders, he prefers Amino Acids over everything else. “The main thing I’ve always taken is Amino Acids in free form.” Then he went into detail by pinpointing the exact one he would usually take. He also stated the amount that he was taking: “I was taking what is called Super Sports put out by Montiff. It’s basically 16 Amino Acids in free form. And I take anywhere from 9 to 20 a day. I took a lot more than that when I was competing,” Zane told the host, Vishal Kolar.

When asked about the present-day ster**d culture prevalent within modern bodybuilding, and whether it was possible to compete in the arena without harming one’s life and longevity, he claimed that he does not have a say because he is not involved in it. However, the 81-year-old proceeded to give budding bodybuilders a piece of simple advice as well. “I think there’s a way to do anything,” he said.
