But here’s the catch: everyone’s body is different, so the kind of food that helps one person may not work the same for another, just like the exercises. Recently, 4x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler revealed his diet plans and during the conversation, they also disclosed the Strongest man on Earth’s food choice when he gained muscles.

Earlier Cutler uploaded a podcast with Manager Matt on his YouTube Channel Cutler Cast. They were answering the questions asked by his fans and followers. He confessed that he used to eat 6 meals per day when he began weightlifting and started to bulk up to compete at bodybuilding events, His then coach Chris Aceto made a meal plan which he followed for a very long time.

However, a fan asked him how to gain muscle, Cutler replied to this question and said that definitely red meat would help a lot to gain weight. Matt also agreed with him and remembered one podcast he heard where they discussed Brian Shaw’s food preferences.

Manager Matt said in the video, “I think it was Victor Conte or one of those other guys talking about the amount of nutritional value and how much more is in red meat versus chicken or turkey or pork or anything else but like red meat bison especially,” He further added, “Because it’s low in cholesterol…Brian Shaw was eating he like five pounds of Bison a day I remember Branch Warren talking about that for years I was gonna go shoot a bison and he would eat bison five times a day.

Early on when I was trying to put on the mass I would have red meat four times a day when I was in my early 20s remember I was eating the best cuts too.” 

Cutler’s initial schedule was really hard to perform

Cutler’s family has a concrete business after his school he used to work with family. After completing the chores he straight up to the gym around 8 pm to train. In one of his videos said that initially, he began training to overcome stress. Later on, he started liking weights and then delved into weights.

Since then, he has taken bodybuilding seriously and inclined himself to this. In just one year before he graduated, he gained 50 pounds with the help of his coach’s training and diet methods.
