Dana Linn Bailey took to her official Instagram account and shared a video where she was seen pulling out a shoulder workout regime under Hany Rambod. The 24X Mr. Olympia winning coach is known for his intense workout sessions and well, this was pretty evident in his approach with Bailey.

Expressing her excitement, Bailey wrote in the caption,That one-time @hanyrambod broke my shoulders lol. I’m due for another torture session with you again sir! Never been so pumped in my life.” They began with a set of dumbbell front raises, followed by ISO alternating front raises. She then went on for a set of dumbbell front raises together with both hands and ended with a set of dumbbell front raise bottom partials.

By the end of the video, her pump was a standing testament to how intense the workout had been for her. She even added, “SAVE this set & TRY later… you could do this for laterals too!!”
