After his win at the Amateur event, Michal Krizo Krizanek also won the EVLS Prague Pro competition, earning his invite to the Olympia championship. Michal Krizo Krizanek talks about how often he trains his arms
On their YouTube channel, Voice of Bodybuilding recently shared a video where numerous Mr. Olympia contestants were interviewed. While talking to Krizanek, the host asked, “First Olympia last year now you’re back for the second time so now we got to move up into the top 10?” To this, Krizo replied, “I mean it’s possible.”
During the interview. the host praised Krizan, saying that his arms were as big as ever. He even joked and asked the bodybuilder to not train his arms anymore. To this, Krizanek stated “I train arms only once a week.” Earlier in the year, despite being on a good track record, Krizanek had decided to not participate in the Arnold Classic, as he wanted a break from intense training.
The 291-pound fitness star always keeps his fans updated on the internet. Before the Mr. Olympia, Krizanek had taken to YouTube to showcase his biceps with his fans, while also showing how confident he was about them.
