Derek Lunsford only focuses on getting better
Bodybuilding champion Derek Lunsford took to his official Instagram account and shared a video demonstrating snippets from his grueling shoulder workout. In the video, he was seen pulling out an intense heavy rep of front raises, and well, the level of dedication that he has when he is working out is visible in the video.

He goes on to share that he hits the gym every day so that he can be everything he is capable of. His focus is so strong that he barely notices or keeps track of anything else that is going on around him at the time. He wrote, “No other thoughts or intentions come before the effort to get better. Music, no music, people training around me, or alone in the gym… it’s all the same.”

Derek Lunsford’s next big dream
In one of his Instagram live videos where Derek Lunsford was going through the questions his fans had for him and replying to them, he was asked about participating in the Arnold Classic. Lunsford made no stalling comments and gave a direct answer, “Absolutely. Yes, I’d be at Arnold’s.”
The bodybuilding legend’s sheer confidence to come to the stage of the Arnold Classic and once again rule over it has left the entire fitness community extremely excited to see his dominance on stage once again. Amidst all the controversies that came after the announcement of the results, there is no denying that he has indeed gone through an exceptional array of transformations.
