The reigning champion recently posted a series of images from his latest arms day session. In the images, Bumstead was seen working hard and dedicated toward his goal of lifting the Olympia title for the sixth time. Let’s see what stood out in CBum’s improved physique. 

Bumstead looks like a menace with his gigantic arms

In the first image, the five-time Mr. Olympia’s right bicep was visible. You might think this was normal, but the size of his bicep was gigantic. He was seen doing behind-the-back cable curls, targeting his biceps. 

The Classic Physique bodybuilder had a blasting arms day at his home gym. He also did the preacher curls, and the size of his off-season biceps was mesmerizing and left everyone awe-struck. The muscle definition and conditioning were perfect and to the point. Bumstead also did tricep pushdowns on the machine, seated bicep curls on the easy bar, and some bicep curls.

The five-time Mr. Olympia captioned the post, “Don’t stress in the face of adversity. Make adversity something you desire for an opportunity to grow.” The fact that Bumstead looked stage-worthy with his physique months before the Super Bowl of bodybuilding enraptured fans and they showered their praise in the comments section of CBum’s post. 

Fans want the Mr. Olympia to hand Bumstead the trophy without competition

As the Olympia draws near, the current Mr. Olympia is giving his all to his training regimen. His fans declared him the winner, with one highlighting that the Olympia is in 17 weeks. This fan called Bumstead the “STILL 6x!!!!” Olympia. Another wants the Olympia to hand CBum “THE 6TH TROPHY ALREADY….“

After witnessing the immense size and symmetry of the reigning champion, an admirer of Bumstead wrote, “feel bad for Ramon and Wesley,” bringing in his major rivals, Wessley Vissers and Ramon Dino. Another bodybuilding enthusiast asked, “Do you really think it is necessary to go on stage?” after witnessing the gigantic size of the king of Classic Physique.
