When Chris Bumstead announced how that Hany Rambod would be replacing his brother-in-law Iain Valliere as his coach, the fitness world was shocked. Yet the newly formed duo immediately clicked. The Pro Creator who had only 20 Mr. Olympias back then proved to be such a great companion that Bumstead had even posted a photo with Rambod right before his Mr. Olympia win showing that it’s a team effort.

After coming across the video, Chris Bumstead’s coach, Hany Rambod, had a funny comment to make. He joked about how the post would help him relax better in order to fall asleep. Rambod thus wrote in the comments, “Thanks for posting this. It will definitely help me fall asleep later tonight.”

Just like how he has showcased his funny side here, Rambod has often been a calming influence on Bumstead. There have been moments where The Pro Creator had to pacify Chris Bumstead during the most hectic situations right before Mr. Olympia contests.

Hany Rambod consoled a crying Bumstead before his 5th Olympia win

In one of his YouTube videos, Bumstead shared the true experience he felt during his Mr. Olympia 2023 participation. He initially complained about how he looked dryer along with his abs and had deeper cuts in his glutes. He confessed, “Whenever I have like soft lower abs that’s just when I’m not looking good and yeah so it all started to come together and then he looked at me and he laughed like all right yeah we’re going to be able just give him that confident look.”

Bumstead also started explaining how he had been crying and Rambod comforted him. He revealed, “he’s like all right we got this like we’re pulling it together you got this like you look good we’re going to do it and I was like I started crying like f*ck.”

As such incidents signify, while Rambod’s excellence as a coach can be weighed with the amount of wins he has under his name, this side of his too has a major role in ensuring that his wards get through their personal and professional journeys without hiccups as well.
