There’s been a long-standing debate about whether to include cardio as a part of your workout or not. Recently, fitness influencer Kali Muscle, who is known for his eccentric fruitarian diets, has reminded everyone of the importance of incorporating cardio in your workout routine.

A heart attack in 2021 left a huge impact on Muscle’s life and made him rethink how he approached fitness. In a recent Instagram video, Muscles pointed out how bodybuilders who were spending time in the gym and still not doing cardio. Muscle not only talked about cardio but also had some thoughts on how bodybuilders should go about it.

Cardio is mandatory ain’t no excuse you get your a*s on the treadmill get on the bike and elliptical.” Muscles reprimanded everyone to focus on cardio. He shed light on the importance of prioritizing your diet before going to the gym and called out the people who left the gym dragging and barely able to walk.

Muscle mentioned,” We ain’t walking out the gym exhausted bro, we walking out that gym high energy fasted.” He talked about doing intense workouts with sixty percent of your max weight, performing fifteen to twenty reps per set, and performing three to four exercises, completing the workout in forty-five minutes.

Muscle compared IFBB pro athletes to bots for continuously working out in the gym and spending most of their lives in the gym. Just focusing on the macros like robots and following the same routine over and over again. He added that they train a few clients so that they can buy their proteins and st*****s.

On the other hand, Muscle has been on a tirade exposing many favorite food items in his latest series. Earlier, he had explained how unhealthy cereals were.

In an Instagram reel, Muscles shared the unhealthy ingredients present in many breakfast cereals. He highlighted the presence of chemical substances like determined yellow corn flour, hydrogenated coconut oil, and soybean oil, which affect your health severely. While revealing the artificial colors present in such products, Muscle blamed them for the rising number of arteries clogging at a young age.

He urged his viewers to not give these to their kids and encouraged everyone to rethink their food choices His message highlights concern for the future generation and how careful we should be while selecting what to eat and moving towards healthy options.

While Muscle continues to put out videos explaining the right workout techniques and the right food that one should be eating, one cannot deny the fact that not all his opinions are accepted by the fitness community.
