Arnold Schwarzenegger’s shocking fitness

In 2019, an incident went viral. While posing for photos with his fans, Arnold Schwarzenegger came across a startling blow from amidst the crowd. The video which captured the whole scenario portrayed a man sharply drop-kicking the bodybuilding star out of the blue. However, what was more astounding was that the former Mr. Olympia, in his 70s, didn’t seem to react adversely to the kick.

After sharing the resurfaced video on X, Arnold Schwarzenegger addressed a crucial lesson. Instead of blaming or accusing the man who kicked, Schwarzenegger preferred to guide his audience. He stated, “Since this is making the rounds again, a reminder: don?t just bench, train your back and legs, too.”

While in the conversation, they discussed how several celebrities, including Elon Musk and Charles Barkley, use the same to assist themselves in weight loss. Arnie remarked on the matter, “To me, it?s all about hard work in and that?s why I say in my book you know work your ass off and because there?s no shortcut.?
