“This is your friendly reminder that May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and getting your body checked once a year can be life-saving, said Schwarzenegger. I know I always talk about the benefits of SPF, the importance of big hats, and my melasma journey, but it’s so much more than that, added Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s daughter.

However, Katherine Schwarzenegger didn’t just tell people to put on some sunscreen. Prioritizing your health is vital. Take care of your body! It’s yours for life, wrote the mother of two. Katherine’s post comes during a time when her mother and ex-wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, has been making strides in her war against Alzheimer’s.
