52-year-old Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg has been a?fitness?and bodybuilding enthusiast for decades. Even before becoming a movie star, the platinum record-selling rapper had a ripped physique. There is no substitute for hard work

Mark Wahlberg is among the actors for whom fitness is a way of life. While many celebrities bulk up or get ripped for specific roles, the 52-year-old is passionate about fitness and maintaining his physique. In the video, the 52-year-old fitness freak showed what he meant by putting in the work. Wahlberg stood on a pair of boxes and did Romanian deadlifts with a kettlebell. However, he made the movement more intense by lowering the weight in the gap between the two boxes, extending the range of motion. While unconventional, Wahlberg prefers these modified exercises.
