Jay Cutler’s afraid of doing Cardio!

The bodybuilding beast said that it’s much simpler for him to stay in good shape now. He used to worry a lot about getting too small when he did a lot of cardio while competing.

In Cutler’s words, “I think it’s a lot easier now for me to be lean okay and I’m not so worried about oh my gosh if I do an hour of cardio am I going to shrink”. Additionally, he added, “I know that was always on my mind and always a fear is oh my gosh is this going to shrink me”, It was always a big concern for him, to lose muscle mass during cardio exercises, so he managed to avoid that.
