Christina Schwarzenegger lists her house for $3.2 million
The 32-year-old actress had bought a dwelling about five years ago. The “Mediterranean-influenced townhouse on Los Angeles’s desirable Westside” cost her about 2.8 million dollars when she bought it. However, Arnie’s daughter is now set on making some profit, listing the same house for almost $3.2 million. With French doors and a magnificent fireplace, the house also has an office downstairs and dual walk-in closets. It is also furnished with “a built-in soaking tub in the marble-floored bath” and an alfresco dining space makes it look even more polished and magnificent. On top of the amenities the house boasted of in the beginning, Christina Schwarzenegger made several customizations on her part as well.
On the other hand, Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s home in Pacific Palisades has been listed for a whopping amount of $30 million. The Guardian of Galaxy star, Pratt bought the house for only $15.2 Million back in 2018. The six-bedroom mansion has a sauna, a full-sized movie theater, and even a basketball court.
