Swimmer and bodybuilding enthusiast Ross Edgley shot to fame after appearing alongside Chris Hemsworth. The adventure lover was part of Hemsworth’s popular mini-series Limitless on Disney Plus. In one of the episodes of Limitless, the fitness fanatic made the Thor actor climb a 100-foot rope suspended from a cable car above a forest. Now, Edgley is blowing up for a different reason.

Earlier, the jacked swimmer posted his latest physique update on social media. Edgley did not maintain such low bodyfat levels

The athlete posted two snapshots from his plyometric workout session on Instagram. The first image showed Edgley in the process of throwing a medicine ball. Throwing heavy medicine balls against the wall repeatedly is one of many exercises in the plyometric playbook. However, the second snap showed the entirety of the swimmer’s shredded physique.

The fitness enthusiast stood in front of a medicine ball, showing off his rippling muscle fibers. Despite not being a bodybuilder, Edgley looked almost as conditioned as a competitive bodybuilder preparing to step on stage. However, the athlete explained he no longer looked like the picture thanks to Christmas dinner. The athlete said he was 90% full of cheesecake while posting the images. The fitness community found the swimmer’s physique beyond impressive and couldn’t stop admiring his conditioning.

The fitness community had a question for Ross Edgley

Everyone speculated that Edgley carried a low body fat percentage. However, the fitness community wanted to know for sure. “Curious to know your current body fat percentage…” wrote one fan. A second fan made the same request. “What % body fat are you here??” wrote the fan. Ross Edgley obliged the fans and wrote that he was at 8% body fat before Christmas.

Meanwhile, others praised Edgley’s hard work. “Absolute monster mate!” commented one fan. Some fans also cracked some jokes while admiring the bodybuilding enthusiast. “My goodness!!! Your new nickname is Shredder… for obvious reasons… WOW!!!” wrote one fan. “Might as well just put you in a shredder,” joked another fan.

While Ross Edgley appeared in Limitless, Hemsworth was the focus of the Disney Plus show. However, in his latest physique update, the man who made Hemsworth swim in bone-chilling arctic waters showed his physique was in no way inferior to the MCU’s God of thunder.
