25-year-old Joseph Baena has been bodybuilding for about the last five years. What started as a journey to lose weight and get back in shape has evolved into a passion. The young bodybuilder got inspired after reading his father’s book, The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. However, the youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn’t plan to compete on stage. He has taken training seriously lately.?

Earlier, the 25-year-old worked out with multiple-time Mr. Universe winner Mike O’Hearn. The social media fitness icon helped train the youngster at Gold’s Gym. Baena was happy to learn from the bodybuilder who still jacked at 54. However, Baena’s trainer for the day didn’t miss any opportunities to crack some jokes.

Mike O’Hearn cracked a joke Josep Baena didn’t see coming

The former Mr. Universe helped Joseph Baena train triceps at Gold Gym. The pair performed two movements for the triceps, flat bench tricep extensions and overhead tricep extensions with dumbbells. Baena did the movements with dumbbells, and a friend also joined them. O’Hearn pushed Baena to train hard and praised him for not cheating on reps.

However, the Titan also cracked and injected some humor to keep the workout session interesting. The 25-year-old wore a 90s-inspired bodybuilding outfit. He wore an oversized sweatshirt with the Gold’s Gym logo on it and black workout shorts. Mike O’Hearn pointed to Baena’s gym outfit and poked fun at it with some clever wordplay.?

“I’m gonna make this clear that you’re gonna be seeing this now, here, and Joseph is bringing the trend back,”?said the American Gladiators star. However, he pronounced?“trend”?in a way that sounded like he was saying?“tren”. O’Hearn even spelled it out, for those who didn’t catch the joke.?“T-r-e-n”?the 54-year-old added.

O’Hearn’s joke drew laughter from the person behind the camera. Joseph made a poker face and said,?“I think it’s it’s up to me to bring it back… it’s a responsibility I didn’t want… it’s the responsibility everyone needed.”?However, O’Hearn’s clever wordplay might contain layers.

A jab at his doubters?

Mike O’Hearn has an incredible physique at 54. Despite his age, the power bodybuilder carries more muscle and is more shredded than someone half his age, like Joseph Baena. Hence, many people on the internet have accused the former Mr. Universe of using steroids. While O’Hearn has always denied taking steroids, the doubters have not stopped.

In fact, many of them have dubbed Michael O’Hearn, as Mike O’Tren. Hence, the wordplay might be a jab at such people, and it wouldn’t be surprising. The 54-year-old bodybuilder has subtly knocked naysayers in the past.
