Ball is playing on a good rookie contract and is currently looking to play and win with the Hornets – the NBA team owned by Jordan, who also happens to be his new neighbour. His new home is going to be an extremely luxurious place, surely one of many the 20-year-old will buy over the course of his career.

According to reports, Ball has bought Cam Newton’s former condo in Charlotte. The location is worth $3 million and is 3,400 sq ft. It is located in The Trust Condos in Uptown Charlotte. Jordan owns the entire seventh floor. Jordan’s basketball prowess and immense wealth are known to anyone interested in the game or NBA. He has many properties all across the USA, some bought and developed after retirement.

Ball’s new home is indeed a very luxurious apartment, which even provides people with a concierge service. Additionally, one has access to the health club, the resident wine vault and a private entertainment room among other facilities. They also have an in-house restaurant and lounge, along with a rooftop social terrace. Of course, the property is located in Center City and is some distance from the city’s square.

Ball’s contract with the Hornets

As of now, Ball is signed to a four-year, $35,596,275 contract with the Charlotte Hornets. This will earn him an average salary of $8,899,069. He also has a contract with Puma, which is worth around $100 million.

One of Jordan’s popular properties is his house in North Carolina, which he purchased for $2.8 million in 2013. It comes with six bedrooms and is on a golf course. The Chicago Bulls also owns properties in Park City, Utah, and the Highland Park suburb of Chicago.
