Emma Raducanu and Carlos Alcaraz will soon team up for the US Open in the revamped mixed doubles, and that aspect right there has only further fueled their dating rumors. However, with Alcaraz becoming a brand ambassador for Evian—the $10.5 billion premium mineral water brand (according to Worldostats)—it only brings the two tennis stars even closer!
Yes, the 22-year-old is the newest ambassador for the premium, mountain-made natural spring water company, which has been the official water of the Championships-Wimbledon since 2008 and the US Open for 39 years. “I’m honored to join evian’s legacy of global tennis ambassadors. Their ‘Live Young’ spirit reflects how I approach life with energy, positivity, and purpose,” Carlos Alcaraz shared. And while the value of this deal is not known, it is speculated that the tennis star would have received seven figures.
“Staying hydrated with evian’s premium, mountain-made water is essential to my routine, and I’m proud to partner with a brand that champions well-being and encourages others to embrace a healthy and hydrated lifestyle.”

And with this, he joins other tennis ambassadors such as Frances Tiafoe, Emma Raducanu, and Arthur Fils. Dawid Borowiec, the Global Director at evian, couldn’t have been happier with Alcaraz’s addition. “Carlos Alcaraz embodies the true essence of ‘Live Young.’ His energy, passion, and fearless spirit are contagious, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome him into our ambassador family… Together, we’re inspiring the world to hydrate, move, and embrace healthy behaviours with joy,” he shared. Evian water’s official Instagram too gave him a warm welcome as they wrote, “Welcome Carlos! We are proud to welcome Tennis multi grand slam champion, Carlos Alcaraz, to the evian family.”

It will be intriguing to see if Alcaraz and Raducanu will end up having a joint ad campaign for evian, given their dating rumors. What’s interesting is that Raducanu received such offers after her 2021 US Open win, but her stock fell dramatically in the past few years due to her form. Reports also suggest that she has lost some sponsorship deals in recent months.

Is the Alcaraz-Raducanu partnership a marketing ploy, or is there genuine chemistry on and off the court?

Rumor mills churn out more on Carlos Alcaraz and Raducanu’s alleged relationship!
It seems like whispers have turned into full-fledged speculation. A few days back, the media outlet The Sun published a report claiming there could be more than what meets the eye when it comes to Carlos Alcaraz’s connection with Emma Raducanu. A source close to the website shared earlier this week, “Emma and Carlos’ friendship was the talk of Queens – people think there is something going on between them because they have such a spark. He was apparently seen at her hotel last week and on Thursday and Saturday, when Emma went to support him, Emma’s car arrived just minutes after Carlos got to Queens with his team. Inside, they were seen laughing and joking with one another. They seem very happy and relaxed with each other.”
One reason to believe so is the fact that both Alcaraz and Raducanu are currently single. In June 2024, when the two-time Wimbledon champion was asked about his relationship, he revealed, “I am single. I am looking for someone. It can be difficult as a tennis player to meet the right person because you are travelling all the time.” And what about the Brit? Well, she hasn’t shared any details about her personal life. Previously, she admitted that her parents didn’t allow her to date anyone when she was making significant strides in her career.

Even more interesting is that Raducanu is aware of the rumors about her and Alcaraz. So what does she think? During an interview earlier this week, BBC’s Russell Fuller asked her, “How aware are you of the social media story about your relationship? There are those parody accounts that suggest that you and Carlos are destined for each other.” To this, the 2021 US Open champion replied, “I’m glad the internet’s having fun and we’re providing some entertainment for everyone.”
“He’s so nice, very happy, amazing values and just a really positive light to be around.” Emma Raducanu added, “When you become a bit more known or more successful, you find yourself reverting (to) people you knew from a young age because you’re like, that’s a real genuine connection.” But it seems the fans sense a chemistry. Do you think their connection will help them win the US Open mixed doubles?
