Elina Svitolina recently shared an adorable family photo on her official Instagram profile. She made this post with her husband and French ATP star Gael Monfils. Svitolina shared a picture with their daughter Skai and her pup along with her husband. This power couple of tennis got married in April 2021 and gave birth to their daughter in the next year October. After that, their fans are cutely bombarded with adorable images of the baby girl on the WTA and ATP star’s Instagram profile. Svitolina’s dog seems like an Irish Sheepdog in the breed. However, the image tells that this doggo is an important part of the family.
Svitolina and Monfils’s dog was not introduced to their fans until last year. This Ukrainian WTA star celebrated her dog’s birthday last year on 25th February and shared a photo on her Instagram post with a cute caption. It said- “Our cute troublemaker is 1 year old today #doggo,” Elina Svitolina’s adorable post showcasing her family dog’s birthday delighted their fans’ hearts. After returning to the professional court post-maternity break last year, Svitolina spoke about the Ukraine-Russia war and how it impacted her thoughts. Svitolina said- “Yeah, firstly, I changed. I think war changed me in so many ways. I think I treasure more my family, my time with my family, my time just on a daily basis, You know, I really try to understand that how lucky I am to be where I am and to have a voice, as well. Also to, you know, to play on such a big event, to have opportunity to play such big events, to motivate young kids of Ukraine, to have this opportunity,”
