The eight countries that will be participating in the quarterfinal round of the exciting Davis Cup, set for November 19-24 have firmed up their line up. The biggest shock is Spain. Besides that, he could be quite likely to be teaming up with Carlos Alcaraz for probably the most attractive team event. Furthermore, the captain section, no doubt, would be world number 3, Carlos Alcaraz, alongside with Roberto Bautista, Pablo Carreño, and Marcel Granollers. As the face of Spanish tennis, Alcaraz is named after a nation that has to its credit six cup triumphs in Davis.

Following that, a lot of people began to contemplate whether Rafael Nadal would retire at the end of Davis Cup after he pulled out from the Laver Cup. Nevertheless, Spain’s Davis Cup captain David Ferrer has not completely dismissed this notion of having the great 38-year-old tennis player for the challenges that come with the November series.

He stated, “I have spoken to Rafa… And why not? There is still time, I will speak to him and we will decide what we will do. The important thing is that he is well and, if he wants to, he will be in good condition. It was not his turn, he needed days of rest and to be with his family and recharge his batteries. I will attend some tournaments and decide on the team.”

Carlos Alcaraz, on the other hand, expresses a similar desire to play alongside Rafael Nadal in the Davis Cup Finals.
