Nadal was sorely missed throughout the 2023 season. He could not recover from an injury sustained in the first slam of the year and later announced that he would skip the whole season. This is sad news for his fans as he comes near retirement. However, he has finally returned to tennis and will play his first match as he receives a wild card draw for the tournament. As the video of him arriving in Brisbane went viral, his fans couldn’t hold back their tears as they were ready to witness his return to the court.

Since then, she has been working hard to come back to her tennis-playing days. Osaka also announced a return to the Brisbane International, with hopes of playing in Melbourne later.
